Product range
What types of bridges do you build?
Our range follows the span: up to ~12 m light steel pedestrian bridges; up to 60 m Bailey panel bridges (321 / Compact 100 / HD200); 60–91 m modular steel bridges — the “upgraded Bailey”: same prefabricated panel logic with heavier sections; beyond 91 m large truss bridges erected with heavy machinery (our factory lifts 100 t); 100–300 m suspension bridges — towers and stiffening girder can themselves use our Bailey/modular components; plus custom steel box girders and steel arch bridges built to your drawings. In short: practically every steel bridge type, with prefabricated speed as the common thread.
What is the difference between a modular steel bridge and a Bailey bridge?
Think of the modular bridge as an upgraded Bailey: the same factory-prefabricated panel system, but with heavier sections and stronger connections, so single spans extend from ~60 m to 91 m and decks widen to 7.35 m (two lanes). Both ship in standard containers and install without heavy cranes.
Which Bailey bridge types do you offer?
321 type (Chinese standard), Compact 100 (British origin), HD200 (developed from the British Compact 200, up to 91 m single span), GWD (long-span) and PB100 pedestrian bridge.
What is the maximum single span?
Bailey panel bridges: up to 60 m. Modular steel bridges: 60–91 m in a single span — validated on real projects including a 61 m crossing in Tanzania. Large truss bridges go beyond 91 m, and suspension bridges cover 100–300 m main spans.
What deck widths are available?
Single lane: 3.15 m standard, 4.2 m extra-wide. Double lane: 7.35 m standard. Custom widths accepted.
Engineering & standards
Which design codes can you work to?
AASHTO LRFD, EN Eurocodes, BS 5400 and AS 5100 as standard, plus adaptation to national live-load models — we maintain a design-basis database covering 195 countries.
Can your steel match EU / US / Australian grades?
Yes. Our Q345B bridge steel has verified equivalents: S355 (EN 10025), A709 Gr50 (ASTM), AS/NZS 3678-350, SM490 (JIS) and IS 2062 E350. Mill test certificates and third-party verification ship with every order.
How is corrosion protection handled?
Hot-dip galvanising to ISO 1461, with an optional dual coating system for coastal and marine environments (ISO 12944 C5-M). Proven across Tanzania, Indonesia and Pacific island projects.
How is the bridge installed? Do we need a crane?
Cantilever launch method with a nose girder and rollers — hand tools plus one small crane for unloading. A typical 30 m bridge: 20-30 workers, 3-7 days, no heavy lifting equipment.
