Bailey Type Bridge Scaffolding ​can be divided into ordinary type and reinforced type.

When the frame is provided with continuous vertical scissor braces from bottom to top at intervals of 5m to 8m along the outer periphery and inside longitudinally and horizontally, continuous horizontal scissor braces are provided at the intersection plane at the top of the vertical scissor braces, and the spacing between the horizontal scissor braces and the bottom plane of the frame or adjacent horizontal scissor braces is not more than 8m, it is defined as a common full-length support frame.

When the spacing of the continuous vertical scissors is not more than 5m, and the spacing of the continuous horizontal scissors is not more than 6m from the bottom plane of the frame or the spacing of the adjacent horizontal scissors, it is defined as a strengthened full-room support.


Steel pipe column

A. Steel pipe columns are generally made of spiral steel pipes with a diameter of 1000mm, which play a role in transmitting the beam structure's self-weight, support load and construction load to the foundation. In order to ensure the stability of the steel pipe columns, the adjacent steel pipe columns are connected with 10-channel steel. The top of the column is supported by the distribution beam, and the lower part is supported on the cap or foundation.


B. The bottom end of the steel pipe column is welded with 10mm thick 110×110cm steel plate, and the four corners are fixed with expansion bolts.
